Beginning in 2016, legacy grant proposals will be reviewed at board meetings in March and October (rather than June and December as in the past). For consideration in March, proposals must be received by February 1 and for consideration in October, proposals must be received by September 1. Please contact the Elmer L. & Eleanor J. Mari Oyanagi Eggum is the only staff person for the Elmer L. & Eleanor J. Andersen Foundation and the Trillium Family Foundation. A former teacher, she has served and is serving as a volunteer, board member and officer for several community organizations and foundations. She enjoys family, friends, reading, travel, yoga, and origami.
